Son varios los libros que se dedican a dar los puntos necesarios que se deben tener presente para poder tener una exposición exitosa. Yo aquí, según mi experiencia, o casos cercanos a mí, me parecen necesarios para considerar.
1. Contar con ayuda visual ( recomendado: power point)
2. Repasar las diapositivas en casa, si es exposición grupal, practicar con el grupo, para que conozcan cada uno de los contenidos de las diapositivas y el orden de exposición.
3. Llevar un puntero laser la para la exposición, nada de estar señalando con la mano!!!
4. Si llevaras tu laptop, asegúrate de llevar el cable para conectarla (puede que la batería se acabe), una extensión por si no sabes en que salón expondrás.
5. Tus diapositivas han de tener siempre un back.. guárdalas en tu USB en un CD, pero envíalo a mail, siempre que tengas una exposición importante…. Tienes que tener en cuenta que cualquier cosa puede pasar.. y en caso de que se pierdan tus archivos, tendrás tu información en el mail, que puedes revisarlo en cualquier cabina… aunque ahora existen varios alojamientos gratuitos.
6. La apariencia, la forma de vestir, debe de estar de acuerdo a tu empeño. Puedes haber realizado una increíble investigación y presentación de diapositivas, para que al presentarte a exponer, tu apariencia sea la de un domingo en casa.
7. Al preparar la exposición debes de tener en cuenta ¿Quién será tu audiencia? Compañeros?¿profesores? etc… para que sepas, cómo dirigirte, ya que si no son expertos en el tema, tendrás que explicar con mayor detalle, los puntos técnicos que toques
8. No confies en que otra persona grabe tus diapositivas en la computadora, puede que “apriete botones” y te haga perder tiempo.. es mejor asegurarse dejando los equipos listos con 10 minutos de ventaja ante la exposición.
9. TEN SEGURIDAD, no importa si es que el día de la exposición tienen un gigantesco “granito” en el rostro.. lo que resaltara es lo que presentaras, lo que dirás… lo que tanto tiempo y dedicación le diste…. TODO SALDRA BIEN
10. Opcional, tener un vaso de agua cerca a los expositores, para que no se les seque la garganta..
